Medina Networks is both CompTia certified and ITIL certified. We have a multitude of vendor partner certifications. Our engineers are among the most highly trained in the industry.They must complete a rigorous and demanding training requirement before they even begin working with us. At the very minimum, all of our engineers are A+, Network+, Server+ and Security + certified. They then each have their individual variety of certifications and many of them are MSCE, MCSA, RedHat, ACSA, CCNP, CCIE certified. Yet, there is more training our engineers go through. All of our engineers complete a six week soft skills training program to make sure that not only are they the best technical support personnel you can find, but they can interact with the client in a pleasant, clear and professional manner.
